The challenge

To create a simple, easy-to-use marketplace with automatic bidding to digitize an existing offline bidding process while creating a market opportunity for the product producer to directly reach consumers.

The solution

In this discovery project we created an online e-commerce solution with tiered access levels which provided an ideal marketplace for consumers to buy directly without having to vet multiple sources for product, price, delivery capabilities, etc.

Connecting people through platforms

The platform matched consumers with local distributors based on location and ability to fulfill the order as well as a ranking system to ensure the highest service to consumer.

A bidding system allows consumers to negotiate, a common industry practices, with the distributors, regarding delivery of product and additional services.
