Overview

jPARK is a leading parking management company in Thailand, with a focus on providing innovative and convenient parking solutions. They offer a range of services, including parking management, parking guidance systems, and automated payment systems.

Our solution

Seven Peaks Software was engaged to develop a data solution for jPARK. The solution involved two main phases:

1. Discovery:

Seven Peaks worked closely with jPARK to understand their business needs, goals, and challenges, as well as to assess their data quality, availability, and readiness. This involved conducting a State of BI audit, reviewing user personas and business cases, as well as mapping their technology landscape.  
 

2. Implementation:

Based on the findings of the discovery phase, Seven Peaks implemented a data solution that included data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes, data orchestration, and data visualization. The solution was tailored to jPARK's selected use cases and followed the best practices of their organization's governance.

The Challenges we overcame
